As developers we all have our own unique backgrounds. Some of us may have started coding from a young age, playing around with any technology. Maybe some of us were introduced to coding, either by a teacher or friend who then ignited a passion in you to develop some website or game to showcase your idea. And some of us may just go into school for it, either in high school or beyond where we are how taught how to refactor our way of thinking. No matter the path, future developers eventually find their way into this field with a passion and hunger to get started in their careers but with no idea where to start.

As new developers we may stay complacent in thinking that just submitting resumes to every job post we see or coding every idea we have is enough to land a job.
